How to use
测试半成品灯 / 成品灯
Testing lamps
用「E14」「E27」或「交流负载」端子接入测试品,即可读出输入交流电压、交流电流、功率因数与输入有效功率。
Connect the sample to the E14, E27 or AC load terminals to read input voltage, current, power factor and real power.
测试驱动电源
Testing drivers
- 驱动电源输入端接到「驱动输入」
- 驱动电源输出端接到「驱动输出」
- 负载(灯珠)接到「灯珠」端子,也可用鳄鱼夹线接负载
- 即可同时读出输入交流电压、电流、功率因数、有效功率,以及输出电压、电流与电源效率
- Wire the driver input to the "driver input" terminals
- Wire the driver output to the "driver output" terminals
- Connect the LED load to the bead terminals, or use the alligator leads
- Read AC input voltage, current, power factor and real power together with DC output and efficiency
防爆灯的用法
Using the ballast lamp
- 测试未通过电的半成品驱动或半成品灯时,把右上角开关拨到「使用防爆」一端,在防爆灯插座装入钨丝灯泡
- 防爆灯亮起即表示被测品有问题,应立即排除
- 需要精确数据时把开关拨到「不使用」一端关闭防爆灯,因为它会随功率增大而影响读数
- 警告:白色防爆灯座与交流供电直连,禁止触碰内部,否则会触电
- For untested drivers or lamps, switch the top-right selector to "ballast on" and fit a tungsten bulb in the socket
- If the ballast lamp lights up, the sample is faulty — stop and investigate
- Switch it off for accurate readings; its influence grows with power
- Warning: the white ballast socket is wired directly to mains — never touch inside
如果整机突然不亮,请先检查背后的防爆保险丝是否烧坏,更换即可。
If the unit goes dark, check and replace the fuse on the rear panel.
读数怎么看
Reading the meters
- 交流功率(有功功率):电源实际用上的功率,常说的 3W、7W 驱动就是指这个,也是判断是否「足功率」的标准
- 功率因数:有效功率占总功率的比率,用来评价对电网的污染程度,出口时尤为重要。美国能源之星规定 5W 以上灯具 PF>0.7;深圳 LED 产业标准联盟要求更高:<10W 时 PF>0.7,10~30W 时 PF>0.85,>30W 时 PF>0.9
- 电源效率:输出功率与输入功率之比,衡量电能有多少真正用于发光,目前电源大多在 0.6~0.9 以上
- 年用电量:按每天 24 小时通电一年折算的度数;若每天只用 12 小时,读数减半即可
- 交流电压:中国 220VAC 50Hz、美国与加拿大 120VAC 60Hz、日本 100VAC 50/60Hz
- AC real power: the wattage actually consumed — this is what "3W driver" or "7W driver" refers to
- Power factor: the share of real power in total power, important for export compliance. Energy Star requires PF>0.7 above 5W; the Shenzhen LED alliance asks for PF>0.7 under 10W, >0.85 for 10~30W and >0.9 above 30W
- Efficiency: output over input power; most drivers land between 0.6 and 0.9
- Annual energy: kWh for a year of 24/7 operation — halve it for 12 hours a day
- AC voltage: 220VAC 50Hz in China, 120VAC 60Hz in the US and Canada, 100VAC 50/60Hz in Japan
对比产品的三条原则:标称功率相同时,输入功率越接近标称质量越好;输入功率接近时,功率因数越高越好;输入功率接近时,电源效率越高越好。
Three rules for comparing products: closer to the rated wattage is better; at similar input power, higher power factor wins; at similar input power, higher efficiency wins.
