使用要点
How it works
- 接入 AC85~265V，稍等片刻，待电压显示达到最高 320V 后插上红黑表笔
- 红黑表笔分别接触 LED 光源正负极，光源在约 3~5 秒内由微亮缓升至稳定高亮
- 觉得亮度合适时可提前移开表笔，下一次测试重复上述过程即可
- 输出电压自动适应，电流由小到大缓升，短时接反灯串一般不会烧灯珠
- Connect AC85~265V, wait until the display reaches 320V, then plug in the probes
- Touch the probes to the LED terminals; brightness ramps up over about 3~5 seconds
- Lift the probes once brightness looks right, then repeat for the next test
- Voltage auto-adapts and current ramps gently, so brief reverse hook-up rarely burns a string
注意：质量较差的小功率单颗灯珠仍可能被反向击穿，单颗灯珠不建议尝试反接。
Note: weak single low-power beads may still break down in reverse, so avoid reversing individual beads.
免拆屏测试背光
Backlight test without teardown
- 将恒流板和灯条的接口插座拔开
- 将红黑表笔分别对应插入 LED 灯条接口的正负极
- 打开电视机电源，使电视机（除恒流板以外）正常上电
- 灯条、液晶屏、主板与逻辑板都正常时可看到画面，亮度略低于原机属正常
- 同一电视每组灯条电压应相同，误差超过 3V 则该灯条可能存在问题
- Unplug the connector between the constant-current board and the strips
- Insert the red/black probes into the strip connector polarity
- Power on the TV so everything except the CC board runs normally
- A normal picture appears if the strips, panel, mainboard and T-con are fine
- Strip voltages on one TV should match; a gap over 3V points to a faulty strip
读数判读技巧
Reading the results
- 显示电压等于开路电压：被测灯条可能接反或有开路故障
- 显示电压为 000V：被测灯条或灯珠短路
- 测试两个无电气连接的对象时电压明显低于开路电压：两者之间存在漏电
- Reading equals open-circuit voltage: reversed polarity or an open circuit
- Reading is 000V: the strip or bead is shorted
- Voltage clearly below open-circuit across unconnected parts: leakage between them
