- BLE 低功耗蓝牙：手机 App 无线直连，对光伏板、蓄电池与直流负载全景监控
- 48 小时电池历史曲线：回看运行轨迹，判断电池是否偏小、负载是否过重、光伏是否不足
- 充放电电流限值可设：控制充电强度、降低过充与电池发热风险，并在负载异常电流时保护输出，对没有保护板的电池系统尤其友好
- 容量测试与参数配置：App 内完成容量测试流程与深度参数设置
- 五阶段充电：预充 → 恒流 → 恒压 → 浮充 → 均衡，兼容密封铅酸、胶体、锂电、LiFePO₄ 与自定义类型

BSC301P 通过蓝牙连接手机 App，可查看控制器工作状态、电池电压、充电功率、负载输出与历史统计。客户扫码进入固定 App 下载中心后，可按手机系统选择 Android APK 或 iOS App Store 入口。

三种负载模式
Three load modes
- 手动模式：App 一键遥控开启或关闭负载
- 自动模式：根据电池电压自动控制启停
- 定时模式：支持设置 4 段定时时间
- Manual: switch the load on or off from the app
- Automatic: start and stop based on battery voltage
- Timed: up to four scheduled periods
读 48 小时曲线的经验：若频繁接近亏电 / 低压保护区，说明电池可能偏小或负载过重；若长期难以充满，则光伏板可能偏小或日照不足。建议连接后先在信息 / 设置中同步设备时间与时区，以保证统计准确。
Reading the 48-hour curve: repeatedly hitting the low-voltage cutoff suggests an undersized battery or too much load, while never reaching full charge points to a small array or poor sunlight. Sync the device time and zone after connecting so statistics stay accurate.
面板结构与接口

- 状态指示灯（4 盏）：依次为光伏、电池、负载、蓝牙；超低压深度待机时可能全部熄灭
- 双 USB：侧面 5V/2A，可在 App 内控制输出开关
- 复位键 Reset：异常时复位，深度待机唤醒见完整版说明书
- 接线端子：BATTERY / SOLAR / LOAD 正负极，须按面板丝印顺序连接
- 全铝散热底座：背面铝板利于散热
- Four status LEDs for PV, battery, load and Bluetooth; all may go dark in deep standby
- Dual USB at 5V/2A on the side, switchable from the app

安装接线规范
Wiring procedure
警告：接线错误可能烧毁设备，必须按面板丝印顺序接线，拆卸时按相反顺序。
Warning: incorrect wiring can destroy the unit. Follow the silkscreen order when connecting and reverse it when disconnecting.
- 连接蓄电池：正负极接 BATTERY 端子，成功后指示灯亮起，系统自动识别 12V / 24V
- 连接太阳能板：正负极接 SOLAR 端子，有阳光时显示充电
- 连接直流负载：正负极接 LOAD 端子
- Battery first: wire to the BATTERY terminals; the LEDs light up and the system detects 12V or 24V
- Then the panel: wire to SOLAR; charging shows once there is sunlight
- Finally the DC load on the LOAD terminals
- 光伏开路电压勿超 50V，严禁接入市电
- 深度待机后蓝牙会中断，可能需要硬件复位唤醒
- 恢复出厂会清除配置、日志与统计，请谨慎操作
- 首次上电请在 App 内设置电池类型
- Keep PV open-circuit voltage under 50V and never connect mains power
- Bluetooth drops in deep standby; a hardware reset may be needed to wake the unit
- A factory reset erases configuration, logs and statistics
- Set the battery type in the app at first power-up
