What it does (manual)

  • 测最大发电功率:同一光强下 MPPT 点越大,光伏板质量越好;看 IV/PV 曲线形状还能发现组件损坏
  • 确定最佳发电电压:最大功率点对应的 Vmax 即当前最佳发电电压,用于搭配电池
  • 推算标定功率:结合太阳光强建立发电模型,推测 1000W/m² 标准光强下的理论功率,接近厂家标定值
  • Peak power: a higher MPPT point under the same irradiance means a better panel; curve shape also reveals damaged cells
  • Best operating voltage: Vmax at the MPPT point tells you which battery voltage to pair
  • STC estimate: builds an irradiance-power model to predict output at 1000W/m², close to the nameplate rating

  • 页面 1:Pmax、Vmax、Imax、短路电流与瞬间光强为测量瞬间锁存;开路电压、太阳光强与温度持续刷新
  • 页面 2:一次扫描约 300 个点,均匀抽取部分显示,红色字体为最大功率点
  • 页面 3:横坐标电压,蓝色为电流曲线、红色为功率曲线;曲线形状明显异常说明发电不均匀或有组件损坏
  • 页面 4:最多记录 14 组数据,Max 为其中发电功率最高值,红色为最新一次
  • 页面 5:拟合光强—发电功率模型,按默认 8% 温度损失补偿后推算 PV_STC_POWER
  • Page 1: Pmax, Vmax, Imax, short-circuit current and irradiance are latched at the moment of measurement; open-circuit voltage, irradiance and temperature keep refreshing
  • Page 2: each sweep collects around 300 points; an even subset is listed, with the MPPT point in red
  • Page 3: voltage on the X axis, current in blue and power in red; a badly distorted shape means uneven generation or damaged cells
  • Page 4: up to 14 records; Max marks the highest power and red marks the newest reading
  • Page 5: fits the irradiance-power model and applies the default 8% temperature loss to estimate PV_STC_POWER

四步测量流程

Four-step workflow

  1. 用连接线接光伏板正负极,接入光传感器,使其与光伏板保持水平且正对太阳
  2. 清除历史数据:短按「开机」1 次,等待 1 秒后再短按 1 次
  3. 按「启动」,数秒后得到一组数据;等太阳光强变化后重复多次,光强跨度越大推测越准
  4. 翻阅页面 1~5 查看结果,先看页面 3 与页面 5 的图表最容易理解
  1. Connect the leads to the panel and attach the sensor, keeping it coplanar with the panel and facing the sun
  2. Clear history: short-press power once, wait a second, then short-press again
  3. Press start for a reading; repeat as irradiance changes — a wider spread gives a better estimate
  4. Review pages 1~5; the charts on pages 3 and 5 are the easiest starting point

注意事项

Important notes

  • 不能测量大于 800W 的光伏板,否则会烧坏设备
  • 被测光伏板不能同时连接控制器等其他设备
  • 过温报警后需自然冷却才能继续使用
  • 需在太阳下测试,并利用光强变化采集不同光强的发电功率
  • 测试过程中光传感器必须与光伏板保持水平
  • 光传感器需妥善保护,不用时请关闭滑盖
  • 操作时避免接触裸露的电线和连接器,注意光伏板正负极连接正确
  • 定期清洁外壳,避免液体或异物进入;整机保修一年
  • Do not test panels above 800W — it will damage the instrument
  • Disconnect controllers or other devices from the panel under test
  • After an over-temperature alarm, let the unit cool naturally
  • Test in sunlight and capture readings as irradiance changes
  • Keep the irradiance sensor coplanar with the panel throughout
  • Protect the sensor and close its slide cover when not in use
  • Avoid bare wires and connectors; always check panel polarity
  • Clean the housing regularly and keep liquids out; one-year warranty

手动模式(长按「启动」进入)仅用于 100W 以下小功率光伏板调试,一般情况下自动模式更准确。仪器支持通过 USB 串口导出测量数据。

Manual mode (hold start) is only for panels under 100W during bench work; automatic mode is more accurate. Measurement data can be exported over the USB serial port.
