DTJ301 quick start
电感应 — 所有灯都锁
Electrical mode — crimp everything
短按按键 1 开启电感应，显示 ALL、左边绿色 LED 点亮，即可开始锁灯。
Short-press button 1; the display shows ALL and the left green LED lights up.
电感应 — 只锁合格功率的灯
Electrical mode — pass window
- 放入一只合格的灯，长按按键 1，显示 iF.P，此时自动保存合格功率值并开启该模式
- 可选：长按按键 4 进入严格等级调整，1~5 级（显示如 iF.P3），短按按键 4 切换等级，长按退出
- 等级 1 对应 ±30%，等级 5 对应 ±10%，默认为 3；等级越高越严格，速度也越慢
- Insert a known-good lamp and hold button 1; the display shows iF.P and stores that wattage as the reference
- Optional: hold button 4 to set strictness 1~5 (shown as iF.P3), short-press to change and hold to exit
- Level 1 is ±30% and level 5 is ±10%; the default is 3. Stricter means slower
光感应
Optical mode
短按按键 2 开启光感应，右边绿色 LED 点亮即可打灯。长按按键 3 显示 UP100 可查看光照强度，短按按键 3 修改 UP 值调整锁灯力度。
Short-press button 2; the right green LED confirms optical mode. Hold button 3 to see the lux reading, and short-press it to change the UP value that sets crimping force.
常见问题
FAQ
- 上电机器不亮？检查是否已接入防爆灯，新机器必须先装好防爆灯才能使用
- 锁灯位置过高或过低？打开底盖，先拧松中间螺母，再调整底下三颗三角形排列的螺丝
- 怎样调整锁灯力度？DTJ301 长按按键 3 显示 UP100，短按修改 UP 值；DTJ101 开机后长按 3 次按键显示 U-1，短按修改 U 值。数值越大出针到收针的时间越长，针压越久、力度越大
- 光感模式下乱打或不打？需重新保存环境光：先用手堵住光感头长按按键 2 复位，再放开手、在不点亮灯时长按按键 2 保存
- 怎样更改灯头类型？更换对应的底板配件即可
- 怎样加快打灯速度？模式速度由快到慢是光感 > 电感 ALL > 电感功率测试；另可短按按键 4 缩短延时时间，短按按键 3 减小 UP 值
- No display at power-on? Check the ballast lamp — a new machine must have it fitted first
- Crimping height wrong? Open the bottom cover, loosen the centre nut, then adjust the three triangular screws
- Adjusting force: on DTJ301 hold button 3 for UP100 and short-press to change; on DTJ101 hold the button three times for U-1. A larger value keeps the pin pressed longer, giving more force
- Optical mode misfiring? Re-learn ambient light: cover the sensor and hold button 2 to reset, then uncover it and hold button 2 again with no lamp lit
- Changing lamp base type: fit the matching base plate
- Running faster: optical is quickest, then electrical ALL, then the power-window mode; you can also shorten the delay with button 4 and lower the UP value with button 3
安全与气源
Safety and air supply
- 空压机需要定期清除积水，否则会损坏设备
- 禁止在通电或通气情况下用手触摸铜色金属内部
- 新机器使用前必须先安装好防爆灯
- 更换探针或底座时，必须断开电源并关闭供气阀
- 仪器上电后铜色金属带电，严禁触摸
- Drain the air compressor regularly or the machine will be damaged
- Never reach into the copper contacts while power or air is connected
- Fit the ballast lamp before running a new machine
- Cut power and close the air valve before changing pins or the base plate
- The copper contacts are live once powered — do not touch
