Basic use

等待电压升至约 320VWait for about 320V

接通 AC 85～265V 电源，稍等片刻，待仪器电压显示升至约 320V 后再开始测试。

Connect AC 85–265V and wait until the voltage display reaches about 320V.

红黑表笔对应正负极Match probe polarity

红、黑表笔分别接触 LED 光源正、负极，光源约在 3～5 秒内由微亮缓升至稳定亮度。

Touch red and black probes to LED positive and negative; brightness ramps up over about 3–5 seconds.

不确定负载时先用小电流档Start with the low-current range

测试单颗、小功率 LED 或负载情况不明时先选择 small current；确认负载正常后再按需要切换。

Use small current first for single low-power LEDs or unknown loads, then switch only after checking the load.

TV backlight

液晶电视背光免拆屏辅助测试No-teardown TV backlight test

  1. 断电后，将恒流板与灯条之间的接口插座拔开。
  2. 将红、黑表笔分别对应灯条接口的正、负极，并确认接触可靠。
  3. 使电视机除恒流板以外的部分正常上电，再用测试仪点亮灯条。
  4. 灯条、液晶屏、主板与逻辑板正常时，可从屏幕观察到图像；测试亮度可能低于原机正常亮度。
  5. 同一电视机各组灯条电压应接近，差异超过约 3V 时应进一步检查。
  1. Disconnect power, then unplug the connector between the constant-current board and LED strips.
  2. Connect red and black probes to strip positive and negative with reliable contact.
  3. Power the TV sections other than the constant-current board, then light the strips with CX300.
  4. A picture should be visible when the strips, panel, mainboard and T-con are working; test brightness may be lower than normal.
  5. Voltage readings of strips in one TV should be close; investigate differences over about 3V.

Diagnosis

读数判断Reading diagnosis

  • 显示开路电压：灯条可能接反、接触不良或存在开路。
  • 显示 000V：灯条或灯珠可能短路。
  • 电压异常偏低：两个原本无电气连接的对象之间可能存在漏电。
  • 同组相差超过约 3V：灯条可能存在一致性问题，可与正常灯条对比。
  • Open-circuit voltage: reversed polarity, poor contact or an open circuit.
  • 000V: possible short circuit in the strip or bead.
  • Unexpectedly low voltage: possible leakage between otherwise isolated objects.
  • Difference above about 3V: compare the strip with a known-good unit.

严禁同时触摸两支表笔金属端Never touch both metal probe tips

输出最高可达 320V。只握绝缘柄操作，湿手、赤脚或潮湿环境下禁止使用。

Output can reach 320V. Hold insulated handles only; never use with wet hands, bare feet or in damp conditions.

隔离限流不能消除触电风险Isolation does not eliminate shock risk

调整接线、插拔灯条接口前先断开相关设备电源；长期不用时拔下测试仪电源。

Disconnect related equipment before changing wiring or connectors, and unplug the tester during long periods of non-use.
