遇到误报警、蜂鸣器设置或调压器选择问题时，先按下面步骤处理。改线或检修前必须断电。
Use these steps for nuisance alarms, buzzer settings, and regulator selection. Isolate mains before wiring or service.
1. “电源烧坏时／已老化次数”无故有数值，蜂鸣器经常误报警怎么办？1. Why does the failure log change or the buzzer alarm unexpectedly?
设备通过监测负载总输入功率是否突然下降来判断样品失效。例如，100 个输入功率约为 10 W 的灯总功率约为 1000 W；若一个灯熄灭，总功率可能下降到约 990 W，设备便会记录并报警。
设备无法自动知道单个样品的正常输入功率，出厂默认检测阈值约为 5 W。样品较多时，电网波动也可能使总功率变化超过阈值。因此，更换产品规格、功率或驱动方案后，应重新读取基准：
- 只接入 1 个与本批次相同、工作正常的灯具或电源。
- 长按“读取单个电源数据”（倒数第二个按键）。
- 等待设备自动开启、测量并关闭，再接入整批负载。
小功率、大批量：单灯输入功率低于 10 W 且整批总功率大于 1000 W 时，读取基准可接入 2 个相同灯具，以提高判定阈值并减少电网波动误报；相应地，失效识别灵敏度也会降低。
The unit detects a failed DUT by looking for a sudden drop in total input power. It does not automatically know the normal wattage of one DUT; the factory threshold is approximately 5 W. Supply-voltage variation can therefore cause nuisance alarms when many DUTs are connected.
- Connect one normal DUT of the same type as the batch.
- Press and hold READ SINGLE PSU DATA, the second button from the bottom.
- Wait until the unit switches on, measures, and switches off automatically; then connect the full batch.
Small-wattage, large batch: if one DUT draws less than 10 W and the batch exceeds 1000 W, record two identical DUTs together to reduce nuisance alarms. This also lowers failure-detection sensitivity.
2. 如何关闭或重新开启报警蜂鸣器？2. How do I turn the alarm buzzer off or on?
关闭：快速连续按“读取单个电源数据”5次；蜂鸣器连续响3声，表示声音已关闭。
开启：再次快速连续按同一按键5次；蜂鸣器长响1声，表示声音已开启。
关闭蜂鸣器只关闭提示声音，不会取消面板失效记录。运行时仍须有人值守。
Off: rapidly press READ SINGLE PSU DATA five times. Three beeps confirm that sound is off.
On: repeat the five rapid presses. One long beep confirms that sound is on.
This mutes only the sound; it does not disable the failure log. The test must remain attended.
3. 只有一个调压器，应该把可调一路设为低压还是高压？3. With one regulator, should the adjustable channel be low or high voltage?
只有一个调压器时，一路为约220V直通电压，另一路为调压器输出。应根据希望重点筛查的失效类型选择：
- 低压：增加原边峰值电流、导通损耗和温升压力，适合筛查长时间运行后因发热或功率耗散不足造成的失效。
- 高压：增加整流桥、输入电容、吸收回路和开关管等输入侧器件的耐压压力，适合筛查原边器件击穿问题。
对85–265 VAC宽电压驱动，约80 V低压和约270 V高压仅为典型参考；实际值必须在样品、调压器和老化箱允许范围内。
With one regulator, one channel is approximately 220 V direct and the other is adjustable. Select the adjustable voltage for the failure mode you want to stress:
- Low voltage: emphasizes primary peak current, conduction loss, and heating.
- High voltage: emphasizes the voltage withstand of the bridge rectifier, bulk capacitor, snubber, switching device, and other primary-side parts.
For 85–265 VAC drivers, about 80 V low and 270 V high are typical references only. Remain within all DUT, regulator, and chamber ratings.
4. 老化箱的工作原理是什么？4. How does the ageing chamber apply electrical stress?
设备先通过外置调压器得到所需低压或高压，再由箱内接触器按所选模式接通、断开或切换负载电源。低压长通主要增加电流、导通损耗和温升压力；高压主要增加输入侧器件的耐压压力；脉冲及自动变化的通断节奏反复考验启动、关断和瞬态承受能力。
感性回路切换可能产生瞬态电压。测试区必须隔离、防火并有人值守，且不得超过设备铭牌及被测产品允许范围。
An external regulator provides the selected low or high voltage. Internal contactors then connect, disconnect, or alternate the DUT supply according to the selected mode. Low-voltage operation stresses current and heating; high voltage stresses primary-side withstand; pulsing repeatedly stresses start-up, shutdown, and transient behavior.
Switching inductive circuits can produce transients. Keep the test area isolated, fire-safe, and attended, and never exceed equipment or DUT ratings.
5. 如何更改老化时长？5. How do I change the ageing duration?
第一行显示老化总时长或启动后的剩余时长，时间最小单位为分钟。例如“008:30”表示8小时30分钟。
- 在未启动或暂停状态下，轻按“字位切换”，选中的数位开始闪烁。
- 继续按“字位切换”移动到需要修改的位置。
- 按“增加＋”或“减少－”修改该位，复核后再按“启动／暂停”。
暂停不等于断电；改线、调压或增减负载前必须切断总电源。
The first display shows total duration before start and remaining duration while running. Its minimum time unit is one minute; “008:30” means 8 hours 30 minutes.
- While stopped or paused, press DIGIT SELECT until the desired digit flashes.
- Use INCREASE + or DECREASE − to edit it, then repeat for other digits.
- Verify the value, then press START / PAUSE.
Pause is not electrical isolation. Disconnect mains before wiring, voltage adjustment, or load changes.

显示格式：第一行共5位，前3位表示小时，后2位表示分钟。例如“008:30”表示8小时30分钟。
- 多次轻按“字位切换”，直到需要修改的数位闪烁。
- 按“增加＋”或“减少－”调整该数位。
- 继续切换并逐位修改，复核总时长后再启动。
Format: Row 1 has five digits: the first three are hours and the last two are minutes. “008:30” means 8 h 30 min.
- Press DIGIT SELECT repeatedly until the required digit flashes.
- Edit it with INCREASE + or DECREASE −.
- Repeat for the remaining digits and verify the total duration before starting.

可修改条件：仅在低压脉冲、高压脉冲或高低脉冲模式下可以修改；其他模式下不能更改。
- 按“老化模式切换”，切换到上述任一脉冲模式。
- 多次轻按“字位切换”，直到选中第二行需要修改的数位。
- 按“增加＋”或“减少－”调整数值，并分别完成导通、关断时长设置。
Available only in: Low Pulse, High Pulse, or High/Low Pulse mode. The value cannot be edited in other modes.
- Press AGING MODE until one of the three pulse modes is selected.
- Press DIGIT SELECT repeatedly until the required digit on Row 2 flashes.
- Edit with INCREASE + or DECREASE − and set both ON and OFF time.
